MACHINES AND OPTIONS
Viewtech offers a range of machines that comply the requests of the various kind of packaging lines.

MACHINES

VT2167 – Optical Sorting unit
This Optical Sorting machine, is the most appreciated from the US Customers.
This is a wash-down unit, IP67 protected; its special designed allows the installation in all the packaging lines that strictly requires the washing of the machine.
The machine performs all the inspections described in the Available controls section; the standard configuration also includes the fully featured VT-Match software.
This Sorting unit, allows the inspection of any kind of MAP tray.
The standard configuration includes an onboard ejector; it then allows to remove from the packaging line, all the packages that not complies the desired quality standards.

VT2510 – Optical Sorting unit
This Optical Sorting machine is the last generation of the machines suitable for dry environment (IP40-IP45 protection class series).
The machine can then work in standard environment, for typical installation at the end of the packaging line.
As the above described unit, this machine allows all the controls described in the Available controls section; the equipment includes also the full option VT-Match software.
This Sorting unit, allows the inspection of any kind of MAP tray.

OPTIONS

VT-RJ467 – downstream ejector
This device is a drop-down ejector, designed to be installed, as option, downstream of both the VT2167 and VT2510 units. This option, recommended for flow-packs packaging lines can also be used all the times a second ejector is requested.
This ejector equipment includes, as options, a key protected waste bin and a full waste bin sensor.
